Wed, 4 Jun 2014ID Medical, a multi-discipline healthcare recruiter, has been appointed as a master vendor to supply community and mental health nurses, as well as non-clinical staff to Solent NHS Trust.

The agreement will run for three years, with a potential two-year extension period.

ID Medical will utilise its resource stream methodology, ID Medical Partnership Pathway, to supplement the Trust’s workforce with its candidate talent pool. This means the healthcare recruiter will work alongside tiered agency suppliers during the contract when the internal bank service is unable to resource.

The key roles ID Medical will be recruiting for are mental health and community nurses, clinical support workers, nurse specialists, team leaders, midwives and nursery nurses. However, other positions outside of these categories may be included in the partnership.
