Hampshire-based human resources consultancy HR Solutions has merged with Peritus HR.

At the same time the company has undergone a major rebrand and is now known as Reality HR.

The new company will be run by HR Solutions managing director Laura Davis, and Cara Shadbolt, who joins from Peritus HR as a director.
