Legal executive recruiter Fox Rodney Search has launched its new associates division, FRS Associates.

FRS Associates will focus on sourcing high calibre associate talent for UK, US and international law firms, operating out of the firm’s London, Paris and Dubai offices.

The new division will be led by Freddie Lawson, a solicitor in Addleshaw Goddard's London Banking practice for two years before becoming a headhunter in 2010.
