NHS Professionals, the manager of flexible worker banks on behalf of NHS Trusts, is working with NHS Trusts in Kent on a recruitment drive to provide between 400-500 new staff.

NHS Professionals is recruiting around 170 registered nurses to its NHSP:Bank, and a variety of other roles, including 140 healthcare support workers.

Through working on the NHSP:Bank, staff are given the opportunity to gain a broader skillset by working on different wards.

The 400-500 new positions are spread across five NHS Trusts in Kent and will include registered nurses, healthcare support workers, specialist nurses, physiotherapists, and admin and clerical staff.

•         East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust
•         Kent Community Health NHS Trust
•         Kent and Medway NHS Trust

NHS Professionals is holding a recruitment day on the 17 May at Bluewater Shopping Centre near Dartford in Kent for those interested in signing up to NHS Professionals Bank.

NHS Professionals manages the temporary staffing needs of around 60 NHS Trust across England.
