Rutherford Cross, the Scottish-based international executive search firm for senior finance appointments, has strengthened its team with the hire of two recruitment professionals.

To lead the Rutherford Cross business in its East of Scotland operation, the firm has appointed Billy McCarthy, formerly of international recruitment multi-national Hudson.

Kasia Mackie will head its international tax practice and joins the firm from the independent recruitment agency Change.
