Invenias, the provider of software solutions to the executive search and strategic recruitment sector, has hired Mark Farmer as company chairman.

Farmer, the co-founder of telecoms company Cramer Systems and investment firm Eden Ventures, joins the company and will continue to invest privately in the business.
