GCS, the technology, financial services and engineering recruiter, has promoted Chris Devonshire to director, joining company founder Chris Bartlett and managing director David Bloxham on the GCS board.

Devonshire’s role will include strategic planning, developing new revenue streams, and overseeing policies and procedures.

He will also be responsible for overseeing the internal recruitment and training teams to ensure ongoing improvement.
