The Manchester retail division is led by Paul Harron, who joins the firm from Manchester-based retail recruiter R3 Resourcing, while hospitality & leisure is headed up by Sam Parkin, and the team is bolstered by senior consultant Jonathan Sheils, who arrives from the same role at agency Detail 2 Leisure.

The company currently has a team of 40 in its head office in St Helens, and 360 director Tomas Coulter says the firm anticipates “more to come over the coming years”.
