Recruit Co US subsidiary acquires IT staffing firm Anteo

The CSI Companies, one of the North American subsidiaries of Japanese staffing giant Recruit Co, has acquired Atlanta, Georgia-based IT recruiter Anteo Group.
Wed, 11 Sep 2013The CSI Companies, one of the North American subsidiaries of Japanese staffing giant Recruit Co, has acquired Atlanta, Georgia-based IT recruiter Anteo Group.

CSI was founded in 1994 and consists of three distinct divisions: CSI Professionals, CSI Tech and CSI Healthcare IT, and has over 150 staff across the South-East of the US and Texas.

Anteo was founded in 2002 by Dion DeLoof, formerly director of European operations at international recruiter Allegis Group. DeLoof continues to manage the day-to-day operations and client delivery for Anteo.
