Wed, 4 Sep 2013Having been relatively quiet in recent months, international executive search firm Pedersen & Partners has this month acquired Prague-based TalentOn Executive Search.

The company is taking on TalentOn founder and managing partner Monika Kubickova as principal, who will continue to be based in Prague.

Kubickova founded the firm in 2008 and says the takeover “allows me to give my clients a truly international service”.

This came after a flurry of activity at Pedersen in the first quarter of 2013, including acquisitions and senior appointments earlier in the year in geographies including Austria, Indonesia and South Africa.
