Lack of response tops candidates’ dislikes

Not getting a response from employers tops the list of things that candidates dislike about the recruitment process, according to research by new job site Foosle.com.

The top three dislikes are: not getting a response from employers once they have applied (30%); the time taken to fill out application forms and write covering letters (22%); and not being able to show the ‘real me’ to employers (19%).

Foosle recently launched providing a service that allows candidates to video their responses to employers’ question.
