The new campaign launches on TV this Sunday (15 September) during the X-Factor (ITV1) and continues to feature the fictitious Captain Reed as a superhero who has the power to change people’s lives by changing their careers.
 
reed.co.uk chairman, James Reed, features as an ice-cream man who is transformed into an electro-funk DJ by Captain Reed, as well as cameo roles from other staff members at reed.co.uk.
 
Alongside 10, 30 and 40 second TV commercials, the campaign also features an extensive digital programme to help drive more traffic to reed.co.uk, including on-demand video ads and an increased investment across online and social media channels.
