Wed, 21 Aug 2013Employment law and health & safety advisers Citation has acquired fellow compliance provider Bibby Consulting and Support for an undisclosed sum.

Bibby, previously part of shipping and services business Bibby Line Group, has over 2,000 clients, while Citation provides services to 6,000 firms in total and has 200 employees.

Citation is backed by mid-market private equity firm ECI Partners, since being purchased by the company in December 2012.
