Lindsay to head Argyll Scott temp operations

Middle management recruiter Argyll Scott has appointed Richard Lindsay to head its UK professional and commercial temporary operations with a mandate to drive significant investment in this area of the recruitment firm’s business.

Lindsay most recently worked as director, interim qualified finance, at Communicate, but previously held managerial roles at Goodman Masson. In a company statement, Lindsay noted the growth in temporary solutions as the economy recovery develops, and said it was a “key period for the temporary business”.

Caroline Hudson, managing director for the firm’s professional & commercial division, said that Argyll Scott had been “courting” Lindsay for some time.

Founded in January 2010, Argyll Scott has operations in London, Hong Kong and Singapore
