Recruitment software firm Dillistone group has acquired FCP Internet, the supplier of the software-as-a-service (SaaS) offering, evolve, for recruiters.

Recruitment software firm Dillistone group has acquired FCP Internet, the supplier of the software-as-a-service (SaaS) offering, evolve, for recruiters.

Dillistone is the parent company of Dillistone Systems and Voyager Software.

The transaction is worth up to £2.1m, depending on the performance of the business, with this amount paid entirely in cash.

Nick John, the departing chief executive officer of FCP, says the sale allows himself and other directors “to focus on building our newer venture” – compliance management software NowWeComply.com.
