Digital marketing agency SiteVisibility is to establish a dedicated digital recruitment agency, ClockworkTalent.

The new brand is headed by director Kelvin Newman, who has been with SiteVisibility since 2006 and is also the founder of job board JobsinSearchMarketing, and director Natasha Woodford, previously the director of executive search firm Elliott Lyle.

The company also has Mark Harris, co-founder of property and construction recruiter Judd Farris, now part of Adecco, as non-executive chairman. He now works as a non-executive at a number of recruitment companies.

ClockworkTalent believes its expertise in the sector is key to their ability to offer a good service to clients. Its website claims: “If you are the one doing the recruiting… there’s probably a good chance that you’re receiving irrelevant CVs just because they have a couple of acronyms within them that the recruiter doesn’t truly understand.”

SiteVisibility has offices in Birmingham, Brighton and London. Its recruitment agency is based near Gatwick.
