Martin Lee has joined Social Media Search as general manager, alongside three sourcers, as the business expands following its acquisition by executive recruitment firm Norman Broadbent in November.

Lee was previously the head of business development at talent mapping and pipelining firm Talent Works International, and has also worked for IT solutions and recruitment firm Triad Group.

He is joined at the firm by three social media researchers working in the Glasgow team. Siobhan Brady, Nicky Bruce and Sonya Jose all come to the company through Glasgow City Council’s Commonwealth Graduate Scheme.
