Recruitment, training and conferencing provider RTC Group saw its recruitment arms and wider business grow last year.

Three-quarters of RTC’s £42.96m revenue for the calendar year 2012 – up by more than 40% on 2011 – comes from its three recruitment arms, according to its financial results.

White collar recruitment offering ATA Recruitment UK saw revenue up 30% year-on-year to £20.6m, and registered £252k operating profit following a 2011 loss.

Blue collar brand Ganymede Solutions saw revenues rise even further, by 42% to £6.89m, with a slightly improved profit of £201k.

Global recruitment arm ATA Global Supply Solutions saw an even greater 66% revenue growth to £13.74m, in the firm’s first full year working on a contract in Afghanistan, meaning a 2011 loss was turned to 2012 operating profit of £123k.
