With over 30 years of board-level experience in the recruitment space, French’s previous job was as vice president and general manager of recruiter Kelly Services (Canada). Before Kelly, she held roles with recruitment group Olsten, since acquired by Adecco, leading operations in both the US and Canada.

Goodwin joins the group from the staffing firm Spherion, where she was national strategic account manager.
