The new office will be led by regional manager Anthony Quinn, who joined the firm late last year with 15 years’ construction recruitment experience, including time spent as a regional director at Hays.

Project Resource firm’s existing offices are in London, Birmingham, Manchester and Reading.

The firm says in a press note that it is “bucking the general trend of centralisation in the recruitment industry”, with Quinn adding: “Businesses that we talk to think that it is a shame more recruiters aren’t more committed to a local office strategy. Clients and candidates really like dealing face to face with local recruiters.”
