Global digital recruiter Cogs Agency has made three hires and three promotions in its UK business.

New financial controller Andrew Greeley joins the firm from professional recruiter Eames Consulting Group.

Consultants Sebnem Demiray and Kathryn Kallend join from recruiters Harvey Nash and Hydrogen Group respectively.

Following promotion, senior consultant Paul Finan will now head the brands division, Amy Hillyard takes on the role of head of client services & delivery, and Ben Wise moves from the role of senior consultant to head of creative.
