Executive and interim management recruiter Eton Bridge Partners has taken on three new members of staff across the business, and also sees a further promotion.

Aileen Brown joins the business transformation team as associate partner having previously worked for HR recruiter Frazer Jones, and previously in the HR staffing operation of Hays. 

In the same division, Nick Berman is promoted to the role of assistant consultant respectively, after a year with the company within the finance search team.

Researcher James Smith joins the finance team, having previously played semi-professional rugby in New Zealand. He has a background in technology sales.

Kate Bibb joins the HR team as an executive assistant, having previously worked in the fashion industry.
