Recruitment and talent management company Futurestep has won a two-year contract for recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) at tech firm Siemens in France.

Futurestep will station on-site consultants at Siemens, with Siemens France head of resources David-Alexandre Gava saying the deal gives the firm access to “scalable, flexible talent resources to manage the peaks and downturns”.
