Top recruiting expert John Vlastelica will give the keynote speech at Recruiter’s Smart Resourcing 2013 knowledge-sharing event on 28 February 2013. His appearance is sponsored by Jobsite.

Speaking on 'Lead or Be Led: The Keys to Successful Recruiting Leadership', Vlastelica will explore how the most effective recruiters and recruiting leaders actually lead. “It’s not a state of mind; it’s about doing things effectively,” he tells Recruiter.

Vlastelica is a former recruiting director with Amazon and Expedia, and is a consultant and trainer to organisations like Nike, Groupon, World Bank, Google, Hitachi, Electronic Arts, Salesforce and T-Mobile. His appearance at Smart Resourcing 2013 will mark his first UK speaking engagement.
