Outplacement firm Penna has entered into a partnership with disability experts Remploy to deliver tailored outplacement support for disabled people facing redundancy. 

Under the partnership arrangements, Penna’s outplacement service will be provided with specialist support from Remploy to provide the following services (see below ad):

• Helping individuals identify suitable working environments and prepare for the workplace

• Guidance on job search activities and access to vacancies with employers who understand disability

• Interactive online support 24/7

• Ongoing support once in work to ensure sustainability of employment
