Workforce solutions provider Kelly Services will give additional responsibilities to senior executives James Polehna and Peter Quigley when Daniel T Lis, who currently holds the roles of senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary at the firm, retires effective 1 January 2013.

Quigley, currently senior vice president of the global client relationship team, who has been with the company since 2002, will take on the role of general counsel.

Polehna, vice president of investor relations and corporate communications, will add the role of corporate secretary to his function, having already been assistant corporate secretary for three years, having joined Kelly in 2001.
