Media, marketing and b2b communications firm UBM has partnered with job board software vendor Strategies Group to launch recruitment site Call Centre Jobs.

The site will launch via industry news and information site CallCentre.co.uk by the end of the year. The UK’s customer services industry employs 1.2m people, UBM Live’s head of content Luke Bilton comments.
