Recruiters should take responsibility for the relocation of candidates overseas rather than outsourcing the process to a relocation company, according to Rob Van Elburg, founder at Dutch recruiter

Recruiters should take responsibility for the relocation of candidates overseas rather than outsourcing the process to a relocation company, according to Rob Van Elburg, founder at Dutch recruiter RAVE-cruitment.

Van Elburg told Recruiter that recruiters should guide candidates through the relocation process in order to continue to build the relationship between recruiter and candidate. This, he says, aids retention of candidates and raises return on investment.
