Andersen Banks, the technical and industrial sales recruitment consultancy, has taken on its 12th employee in just over six months. 

Managing director Simon Hayes says: “Andersen Banks has managed to achieve in six months what most companies would take several years to achieve.

“We have managed to attract some fantastic graduates and consultants with several years experience and they are all working really well together to ensure that the company can offer companies with technical, industrial or construction sales vacancies access to the best candidates on the market.”

Andersen Banks has launched a three-year training and development programme for all employees, which is designed to ensure that everybody who joins the company has a real opportunity to develop new skills, put them into practice and progress along a realistic career path based on that development.

The company says it will be expanding further over the next year.
