Recruitment consultancy Michael Page International has appointed David Lowden to its board as a non-executive director (NED), chair of its remuneration committee and a member of its audit and nomination committees.

Recruitment consultancy Michael Page International has appointed David Lowden to its board as a non-executive director (NED), chair of its remuneration committee and a member of its audit and nomination committees.

He succeeds Reg Sindall who leaves the company for personal reasons after two years with the company.

Lowden is currently independent director and chair of the remuneration committee of textile service business Berendsen, and holds non-executive and board roles at bookmaker William Hill.

Other experience includes a year with telecommunications firm Cable and Wireless Worldwide, and market research and information Taylor Nelson Sofres.
