IT job board Ping IT Jobs has been launched to the market by IT contractor Simon Aarons.

Established as a quality job site for both IT recruiters and candidates, Aarons told Recruiter PingITJobs.com uses a simple but effective software solution. “It doesn’t do anything it doesn’t need to do,” he said.

His pay-per-click payment method for recruiters is also designed to be simple to use. “Money isn’t taken until it gets clicks,” he explained.

Recruiters determine how much to put aside and how many jobs to put up. Each click at 12p is then deducted from that amount. If it isn’t working or if the ideal candidate is found through just one click, the recruiter can then take down the job and the remaining funds are returned.

“It’s a quality, bespoke solution which people are happy to pay for,” Aarons said.
