Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) firm TalentFusion has acquired Pennsylvania-based RPO provider Augustine for an undisclosed sum.

TalentFusion says in a news release that this is “the first in a series of planned strategic acquisitions by TalentFusion aimed to supercharge its RPO ecosystem”.

The company’s president and chief executive David Pollard says: “Our vision is to offer RPO owners a strategic alternative to flying solo or entering into acquisition models that result in the dilution or dissolution of their work and brand.

“Our approach focuses on the preservation of relationships and brand whenever appropriate, increasing operational efficiency and reducing costs, broadening market exposure, diversifying service portfolios, and ultimately allowing owners to preserve and profit from their hard work.”
