International business and IT services firm Xtreme Consulting Group has reached an agreement to acquire Oregon-based technology staffing firm Kipe Technology Resources.

International business and IT services firm Xtreme Consulting Group has reached an agreement to acquire Oregon-based technology staffing firm Kipe Technology Resources.

Greg Rankich, chief executive and co-founder of Xtreme, says: “The acquisition greatly advances our strategy of expanding our customer base, adding depth to our talent pool, and strengthening our position in the marketplace.”

The combined organisation will employ nearly 700 people worldwide.

Kipe was founded in 1991.
