Philippines-based airline Cebu Pacific is to add 200 staff to its workforce across a variety of disciplines by the end of 2013.

This comes as the carrier purchases two Airbus A320s later this year and seven more next year.

Roles, which include positions for pilots, cabin crew and technical and non-technical staff, will be recruited for at a job fair in Makati City, part of the Manila Metropolitan area, and via the company’s corporate website as well as its page on jobsite Jobstreet.com.

The criteria for roles include a minimum height for cabin crew positions of 5’3” (1.6m) for females and 5’7” (1.7m) for males, as well as proficiency in English and Filipino and “a fun personality”.
