James Caan’s Human Capital Investment Group (HCIG) has formed actuarial, investment and risk recruiter Visir in a joint venture with Christian Shanahan.

James Caan’s Human Capital Investment Group (HCIG) has formed actuarial, investment and risk recruiter VISIR in a joint venture with Christian Shanahan.

Shanahan has over 15 years of industry experience with a number of competitor agencies, having started as an in-house recruiter in Ireland before later moving to Manpower in the UK.
