IT and financial recruiter Bright Purple has appointed the ex-chief administrative officer for technology services at financial services firm Lehman Brothers, Ken Gillingham, to its senior management team.

He will be based in the company’s London office and takes on a global remit to build the firm’s business across UK and international markets.

Having spent nine years at Lehman Brothers, he took on a role at Japanese investment bank Nomura, before leaving 18 months ago to establish his own consultancy business.
