HR firm Towers Watson has been selected by the National Grid to implement both talent management and workforce planning solutions at the company.

Implementation of the Talent|REWARD software is due to start immediately with the roll-out of performance management and workforce planning. Subsequent stages of the programme, starting from next February, will include talent management, compensation planning and learning.
