Carlsberg UK, brewer of several household name beers, has appointed recruiter Hays to supply permanent staff for roles in engineering, finance, HR, legal, office support, purchasing & logistics and sales & marketing roles.

Carlsberg has 1,800 employees across 16 sites in the UK and vacancies will be primarily at its Northampton HQ, with logistics and sales roles across the UK.

Hays director Paul Marriott says that it is “the only supplier recruiting for staff for this full selection of roles”.

Carlsberg UK brews over 1bn pints of beer a year at its UK base and is currently undergoing a £40m investment programme at its Northampton site, which includes the construction of a new bottling line.
