Finance and HR recruiter Chase and Holland has made Bev Findlay and Paul Macildowie minority shareholders.

Macildowie was appointed as chairman of the company in January 2011, while Findlay has been a director since August 2011.
Husband and wife Ian and Vikki Holland, the firm’s founders, remain majority shareholders.
