International oil & gas recruiter TEC Group International has appointed David Betney as regional manager, based in the company’s new Manchester office.
Previously country manager at Kin-Tec Recruitment, Betney will lead TEC Group’s development into the subsurface, surface engineering and project controls space in Europe and Africa.
