Jobs site Totaljobs.com has re-launched its e-Commerce platform and is particularly targeting small businesses that want to recruit directly.

The simplified process allows the posting of jobs on the website by an employer to be done more simply than previously and a newly-added feature allows employer branding to be added.

Website director John Salt says: “Many small businesses don’t recruit particularly often and when they do, they don’t have a huge amount of budget nor a specialised team to manage the process.

“It is a task that has to be fitted alongside a thousand others and one that can have a fundamental impact on the dynamic of a small team.”
