Food services and facilities management firm Sodexo is to launch a bespoke talent management system hosted by Tribepad on Monday (11 June).

The new Careers Centre will deal with internal and external recruitment, and also gives candidates an enhanced personal profile management system as well as the ability to participate in forums and discussions.

It also includes social media integration, and automatically flags potential roles a candidate might like to apply for.
