Online youth jobs platform Slenky to launch tomorrow

Slenky, an online platform connecting businesses with young talent, is due to launch tomorrow (14 June).
It looks to give young people their ‘shot’ – be it with a work placement, try out, internship or other opportunity.
The venture was created by entrepreneurs Cec Richards and Alf Orji, whose backgrounds are in social media and mobile.
Slenky has been in test phase for 12 weeks and is now working with Microsoft to offer work experience and apprenticeships as part of its Britain Works programme.
