Property sector recruiter Judd Farris, part of Adecco, recorded profit for the year ending 2011 of £888.5k, following a loss of £10.2k loss in 2010.

This also came on a much reduced turnover of £3.56m, down from the previous year’s £5.94m, although the cost of sales reduced proportionally, allowing a higher gross profit as a proportion of turnover (43% in 2011 vs 39% in 2010).

An ‘inter-company loan write-off’ also provided the firm with £947.3k.

Staff numbers dropped from 36 to 23, with fee earners falling from 28 to 20.
