Contracts/Deals: Savile acquires Career Management Consultants

Consulting group Savile has fully acquired business and career change advisors Career Management Consultants (CMC).

Founded in 1990, CMC’s year ending 30 April 2011, saw turnover of £5.3m and profit before taxation of £171k.
The deal involves a cash payment of £75k.

CMC managing director Isabel Chadwick remains with the company.
