Financial search firm The Emerald Group has launched a training academy in partnership with 7city Learning to ensure its candidates are as ready for their job market as possible.

The academy will offer access to a range of professional qualification via classroom-based courses or online learning.

Steve Stubbings, executive director of at Emerald, says that the new initiative comes “in recognition of the increasing competition that our candidates are facing in the job market, and in order to ensure that we are able to best meet our clients’ expectations”.
