Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and direct staffing solutions firm cph has won a multi-year RPO contract with engine technologies firm Mahle Powertrain.

Cph joint managing director Jerry Wright says that Mahle “operates in a very competitive market, and attracting and acquiring high-calibre engineering and manufacturing talent will be key to their future success”.

Mahle HR manager Ian Shaw says: “We selected cph on the basis that we thought they would integrate well with our business and would proactively build a direct candidate sourcing model.”
