The Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) is expanding its membership to include providers of leadership consulting services.
 
This has seen the AESC’s Code of Ethics and marketing tagline to reflect the change – it will now refer to itself as “The global association for retained executive search and leadership consulting firms”.

President Peter Felix says: “The decision to expand the AESC remit was made to recognise what was already happening and to put a stake in the ground for this development in the role of executive search consulting.”

He adds that some members are already offering or considering offering such services, and that the “metamorphosis had been occurring over a number of years, and indeed is still far from complete”.
