Workforce consultancy Right Management, part of the Manpower Group, has appointed Mark Hodgson as practice leader of talent management for the UK & Ireland.

He will lead on talent and strategic workforce planning, implementing global succession management strategies, change strategies and talent assessment initiatives.

Before joining Right Management, Hodgson was most recently with the Ministry of Justice where he was interim head of group learning & organisational development. He has previously worked with a wide variety of clients across the public and private sector including gas firm BG Group, tobacco company Gallaher Group financial services firm, Aon Corporation and multiple police forces.
