Phil Boyle, managing director of Southampton talent management firm The Ramsey Hall Group, has taken up the role of president of the Royal Aeronautical Society.

Boyle remains in his role with Ramsey Hall, whose operations include significant focus on the aerospace and manufacturing areas. Boyle himself is a pilot and chartered engineer.

The society is headquartered in London and has members around the world from across the aerospace community.
